1. Recently, Canada Post is experiencing a strike event, which is causing trouble in all aspects of cargo transportation. This situation is very likely to result in very serious and long-term delays in logistics and delivery.
Therefore, we would like to specially remind customers in Canada to carefully consider the strike event's effect on logistics when ordering to prevent delays and potential losses due to the inability of goods to be delivered on time.
Additionally, due to the impact of strike event, logistics costs in Canada are currently soaring. We will charge a secondary shipping fees to buyers based on the actual shipping costs of the waybill. 2. Starting from December 12nd, 2024 (Beijing Time, China), we will suspend our order services for the European Union region. Currently, we are actively addressing compliance matters related to the EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). Due to the large size plush products, the DHL shipping fee tier you pay at the time of order is only an estimated cost and not the actual logistics expense for the order.To ensure the smooth shipment of your order, our company will carefully assess the actual shipping cost after the order is placed and will contact you as soon as possible to discuss any shipping cost difference required.
