The Staining Issue of Nagi Frost Defense Action Figure:
We are sorry to tell you that due to the pigment fading, some parts of our figures are polluted. Mainly on its neck and wrists parts. We have contacted our supplier at once for a solution. After communication, they told us that they can’t do anything to fix the problem for the time being.

1. However, we KikaGoods finally decide to purchase some pigment-proof figure cloth which scaled one-twelfth the height of the human body for those orders by using our own fund to avoid any further pollution on the way of shipment. The pigment-proof cloth is FREE. 
2. Moreover, we will open the box and check every figure before shipment and for those tainted ones we’ll take off its cloth and put it separately in a sealed bag to prevent the figure from any further pigment pollution.

This two solutions are what we can provide.

Please note: Due to the problem of blister fixation of this product, during transportation, it may encounter shaking situations, resulting in the hands accessories possibly not being in the corresponding positions and may fall somewhere in the packaging box. It is recommended that you carefully check that all accessories are complete after receiving the goods before disposing of the outer packaging box.
